For entry into Years 7 and 11

Arndell Anglican College is pleased to offer a range of merit-based scholarships for entry into Year 7 and Year 11. These scholarships recognise students who demonstrate outstanding ability, commitment, and character.

Available Scholarships
  • Academic Scholarship – Year 7 and Year 11
  • All Rounder Scholarship – Year 7
  • Performing Arts (Music) Scholarship – Year 7

Scholarships are awarded at the Headmaster’s discretion and are considered both a privilege and an honour. Recipients are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic performance, effort, behaviour, and active participation in the life of the College. The College reserves the right to review scholarships at any time during their duration.

Scholarship applications are open to both current and prospective students.

2027 Scholarships – Applications Closed

Academic Testing Date: Saturday 28 February 2026

All applicants for Academic and All Rounder Scholarships were required to attend the scheduled testing day and complete registration with ACER (now closed).

Please note, there is no alternative testing date. Students unable to attend the testing day are ineligible for these scholarships.

Scholarship Value

▪️ Scholarships provide a partial remission of College fees, with the percentage and duration determined by the Headmaster.

▪️ The Service Charge and all other associated costs (including uniforms, tours, private music tuition, and other expenses) remain payable.

Assessment Criteria
Academic Scholarships

▪️ Assessment based on ACER Cooperative Scholarship Test results and written application responses.

▪️ Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview with the Headmaster.

All Rounder Scholarships

▪️ Assessment based on ACER Cooperative Scholarship Test results and written application responses.

▪️ Applicants must demonstrate significant contribution in at least two of the following areas: Academic, Performing Arts, Debating & Public Speaking, Leadership & Service, Sport, Other recognised areas

▪️ Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview with the Headmaster.

Performing Arts (Music) Scholarships

▪️ Minimum performance standard of AMEB Grade 4 or 5 (or equivalent).

▪️ Assessment based on the scholarship application and submitted performance video.

▪️ Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview with the Headmaster.

▪️ ACER registration is not required for Performing Arts (Music) Scholarships.
